Winberg's Rule!
Mer and Bri
February 2008
Well, all of you looking weekly or even daily for a new update on the Winberg bunch are going to be sad to hear that I truly only have time for a once a month update! I'll try to get better as time wears on but life is so nuts!
We have been so busy with school and work and wide variety of illnesses! About 2 weeks ago now. My cute kids had the stomach flu for 8 days! I don't think I have ever done so much laundry in 8 days. All the beds were washed at least twice. We got over that and about a week later Macy and Logan got it back for about two days. Poor Macy lost 4 or 5 pounds after all was done!February 2008

We are all well now except colds, thank goodness!
Brian went to Parkers PTC on Thursday. His teacher said that Parker is doing very well in school and is still the social butterfly.
Parker is bound and determined that he will become a great football player! He even is careful of the food he eats! He only wants "Healthy food" he calls it! Which means that he drills me on how much fat etc. are in the meals I make. He's a little over the top with it right now. I think he'll get over it when I tell him that we are getting pizza this weekend, he's a good kid!
This is Parker in a laundry bag!!!
Don't ask.
Brylea is really starting to grow up. She is getting better with her job card and knows that clean up time is really important if she wants to have a friend over. She is very good at cleaning it's just keeping things clean that she still has a hard time with. She loves her Barbie's and her Barbie mansion. That is the main attraction at our house. She is quite the little singer and loves to dance all over the house. She is very funny and love to tease her dad! She babysits Macy in the mornings so that I can get 20 min more sleep! Love that girl!

Brylea at Grandma's at C-mas!
Logan is in love with his Nintendo DS. We have some pretty fun games that he is mastering at the age of 2. I've had to set a timer though because he would play it all day if he could. To day he was looking for a certain game. I found it in Parkers DS and showed Logan that I had found it. He put down his DS and gave me a big hug while saying " Oh mommy tank you tank you mommy"
He is getting better with his colors and knows all the sounds to each letter in the alphabet. He is very good at the computer as well. He loves to play PBS kids and loves the show Super Why. In fact that's how I got him to wear underpants! I told him that super why wears underpants and that's all it took!

Macy is getting over and ear infection and a pretty nasty cold. She started acting like she might be getting RSV again. I took no chances this time and drove 2 hours to see our Pediatrician up in SLC. Just a cold but man am I happy to have her feeling better!
She is talking so much now. Today at Walmart I was saying to her "I love you". She looked at me and said "I lo you". We love our little princess!

Macy baby!
This semester has been a slower one for Brian. We have had a little more time with him. It kind of throws me off my set schedule. But I can't complain cause I need all the extra help with the kids. He had a record month last month with his job. Seventeen oxygen set ups. We are so proud of him!
I was sadden to hear of our prophets death, but happy that he is with his wife! He loved her so much! In primary they did a small tribute to him and showed a short movie of just a few things that he accomplished in his life. I cried, I'm such a baby! What a neat man and inspired prophet! I'm so grateful for the blessing of the gospel in my life. I see it used daily in my family. We have had so much snow that Brian had to get on the roof and shovel. Then in true Brian style he jumped into the huge pile he had made. It has started to warm up. So now in the mornings we have a wonderful ice skating rink right in front of the garage. Poor Brylea forgets every time and runs out to play only to slip and fall! The kids have loved the snow.
Parker and Brian went snowboarding again this Saturday. They went to Fairview Canyon with the Christensen cousins. They had a blast until Spencer brawled with a tree. I heard he put up a good fight but still took a beating! They say he might have broken his nose.
Parker is so athletic and fears nothing. Which scares the crap out of me. I guess my 4 brothers lived through it, so can Parker. Besides he's a pretty solid kid! Brian and I had Brian's sister take a picture of us. I don't think we have had one taken of us since we were engaged!
Well now, I think that's all you have missed for now. See you really aren't missing that much now are you?
Things are good and life is good!
