The Winberg bunch have been so busy with school ending and baseball starting! All the other summer activities that we have planed.
I'll start off with the Birthday kids first!
Brylea just turned 5 she graduated from preschool this last week and can't wait to go to kindergarten. She got spoiled this birthday and got everything that she asked for. (Barbie's and Polly pockets as well as a ton of clothes!) She loves to play outside now that the weather has been nice! She runs around in her swimming suit most days! She is a sweetheart. She is a big help around the house and loves to play with Logan and Macy. She is going to start dance again at the end of this summer. She can't wait to get all dressed up in her costumes and dance! She is very proud that she can all most land a cartwheel.
Logan turned 3! I can't believe that we have almost lived in Ephraim 3 years! Logan was 4 mo. old when we moved here.
Logan is so funny! He hasn't been a big talker up until now! Now we can't get him to shut up!!! He loves to pretend that he is a star wars character and fights all the bad guys all day long. He loves to count things to! He's very smart and it makes me very nervous on what I should teach him next! He's already sounding out 3 letter words and can work the computer almost as well as I can.
He repeats everything we say! He has started to notice when people make mistakes! He loves to watch people run into things or fall down. His favorite show has to be AFV. He laughs so hard and says "mommy that's funny"!
Parker just finished 2nd grade. He said that he want to be in 4th grade now cause a lot of his friends are in 4th. He had a great year! He was the lead in a play at school, he ran the mile in 7 min. 30 sec. WOW that's pretty fast!!! The track coach at Snow college teased Parker and told him he wants him on the college team! Parker also has started coach pitch baseball. He plays pitcher and stands next to the coach and fields balls to all the bases. "He's quick and he's got a great arm" says his coach! His coach this year is the coach of the high school baseball team so Parker is learning so good skills!
Parker seams to be good at anything he does. He's really into football more than any other sport. Every night he go's out and rounds the younger neighborhood boys up for a football game or a game of 500.
His second grade class just performed in the end of the year school program and danced to Annie's It's a hard knock life! Grandma Laura came down and was entertained by the schools theme of Broadway hits. Each class sang or danced to a Broadway hit song!
Parker also gave a talk in Primary last week. To start off his talk he stood up and looked in the the faces of all the other children and said " alright now none of you fall asleep on me." He got a good laugh out of everyone especially the teachers! He's quite the ham!
Macy is getting so big! She's 18mo. old now and jabbers all day! She loves to eat food but loves to get into more. She is so funny she loves to dance and anytime music is playing she has to spin around in circles until she's so dizzy she can't stand up! She loves the Veggie tales movies and tries to sing the songs with them! She loves giving big big hugs and love to play with all of her siblings! She love to play outside with her best friend that lives next door. They are 2 weeks apart and love to swing on the swings.
Brian just finished spring semester at Snow and has decided to attend University of Phoenix to get his bachelors in business management. They are a great school for working adults. He will be very busy but it will get him through much faster. He's taking all of his classes online. He will have to be more disciplined with his time now to get everything done. At work his branch is doing very well. He's had a lot of unhappy patients from other medical providers contact him and want to be on his service. We are just happy the branch is doing well. He has started to workout and get more sleep! I think he's doing great!
As for me... I cut my hair. I cut 10 inc. and gave it to Locks of Love! I think that's the only way I really went through with it!
I just finished helping out with Miss Ephraim. The girl I helped took fourth and has to compete in the Miss Sanpete county pageant. I love doing things like this! I also started a new fitness program and I'm loving it!
The kids keep me busy! I love staying at home. One of my friends has been talking about going back to work. She called me for some advice. I told her that I would rather be poor and at home with my kids than working for everything I want.
As for my goals...
Food storage. It's always on my mind now days and I'm creating more inventive places to stash food!
I still teach the 11 year old primary kids.
Our family has been so blessed over the last couple months! We are truly grateful for all of Heavenly Fathers blessings!

Yeaaaahhhhhhhhh! Stayin' home moms rock! You sure have been busy and we are so proud of your accomplishments! "3"
Mer, you have the cutest family! We just love your kids. Tess gets so excited whenever they come to visit. She played with Brylea a bit yesterday and Parker is so cute with her. She just adores LoGEEN (she's had a band-aid on her cheek for the past couple weeks) and is starting to really like playing with Macy! We just love your kids. Now if only YOU would come see us once in awhile...
WE LOVE YOU!
Hey, your kids look so cute and seem to be keeping busy with the things they love the most. We miss hanging out all the time, but it was fun to see you a little bit ago. Love blogging and keeping in touch.
I love your blog Mer, and I keep thinking about the quote on your wall while I'm setting up house, "It's not the house I love, it's the life that's lived there." You are doing everything just right! Way to go being such a wonderful mom and wife, your family is compeletely blessed to have you. Your kids are adorable!
Loves and misses.
Mer,
You are a busy mom! How do you do it all? Seriously. I finally decided to stay at home this coming school year. I took a leave of absence for a year, so I can stay home with my soon-to-be newborn and 2-yr. old and am very excited! I hope I can keep up with you.
